Application and Admission

The PHYSICS programme starts every year in winter semesters only. Application deadline is March 31st of the same year (i.e. March 31st 2013 for the course starting in September 2013).

Post-Deadline Application for Winter Semester 2013/14

For excellent candidates not requiring a visa (e.g. candidates of the European Union, United States, Canada, South Korea, ...) a post-deadline application for winter semester 2013/14 is still possible.

Application for Winter Semester 2013/14

Deadline for the winter semester 2013/2014 is March 31st 2013. The winter semester 2013/2014 starts at the beginning of September 2013 with an intensive German language course. Start of the lectures will be October 14th 2013.

Scholarship

Excellent candidates of the International M.Sc. Study Programme PHYSICS can apply for a scholarship offered in cooperation by the Physics Department of the University of Stuttgart and the Max-Planck-Institutes for Solid State Research and Intelligent Systems.
